Pesto Pizza Recipe

Let’s face it, the pizza is delicious and probably the weakness of almost everyone. Although we all love pizza, we also know that this is not the healthiest food for us. Think about it, excessive fat and high fat content. Scary at least. Here’s a recipe for a healthy alternative to a typical slice of pizza. This recipe uses several nutritious foods, including chia seeds. Chia seeds are a delicious superfood. Its use dates back to the Mayans, Aztecs and Incas, where they were one of the staple foods. They are rich in antioxidants and omega-3, 6 and 9, everything you need for your daily diet. This ingredient will add great nutritional benefits.

Mexican Pesto Pizza

pesto:

2 tablespoons Navitas Naturals hemp seeds

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup cilantro, well packaged

2/3 cup tender spinach, well-sealed

1 clove of garlic

1/2 jalepeno sown

1/3 cup hemp oil (or olive oil)

2 tablespoons lime juice

1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

crust:

1 tablespoon + 2 tablespoons divided Navitas Naturals chia seeds

1/3 cup rice milk

1 cup brown rice powder

1/4 cup chopped black bean

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Ingredients:

1-2 medium heirloom tomatoes (thinly sliced)

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

directions:

Crust – preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine all the crust ingredients in a large bowl, setting aside 2 tablespoons. chia seed. Collect the dough into a ball and knead for a minute. After kneading the dough, leave it for ten minutes. Sprinkle a non-stick baking sheet with 2 tablespoons. chia seeds that you have reserved. Distribute the dough into chia seeds in a 9×13 inch rectangle or similar. After finishing the crust, bake for ten minutes in a preheated oven.

Pesto sauce: mix all the dry ingredients in a blender or food processor. Click on the ingredients until they are finely chopped. Once the ingredients are finely chopped, slowly add the oil and process the mixture until it is completely mixed.

Collect: Once the crust has finished baking, spread the pesto over the crust. Top with finely chopped tomatoes. Bake pizza for 15 minutes. After removing the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with cilantro and leave for 2 minutes. After cooling the pizza, cut it with a sharp knife or pizza knife and serve.
